well they will put out the report.... it's law
but you are absolutely 100 % correct,,,,
we have no earnings ( a couple bucks from carhub i suppose)

still pre-revenue
we have not sold and been paid for anything yet
still just spending $ building the company

next 3 months (1st quarter 2023) we are being told
revenues will begin.
