$$XCPL$$ yep had most filled at .001 and a nice chunk with another Broker at .0009 I don't like doing it that way but with the OTC being manipulated and scrutinized highly at the same time. Sometimes you need to know and get extorted by associates in D.C. to get anywhere, It is much easier when you have enough to loose and still share abundantly. Long Shots are easy targets.
