I have lived in two states that recently legalized. The number of high drivers went up considerably. At some point, the states will be looking to get those drivers off the road and one result of that is that they will monetize drugged driving, in the same way they do drunk driving.

The justice system moves slowly, so acceptance of their device will be a long road, just like the breathalyzer acceptance.

I bought some of this, because eventually, every state will be using these devices, because the mere smell of weed, in legalized states, is not enough for officers to ticket drivers. The laws, as usual are way behind the real world problem.
