Not sure about that. That's been going on for over a year. Has that case been resolved, BTW?

There are zero excuses for not filing on time. Their "long time accountant" should have taken care of it, and made sure all was ready. And Wong/JT/whomever should have made sure the accountant was doing their job. Pure laziness and lack of respect for the "loyal shareholders".
