Their arrogance is of no surprise. They sit around their think tank tables and laugh at how easy it is to instill fear and control the people. Classic master and slave propaganda. When the mafia takes over the town, so goes the police and the courts. Evil exists. But the slaves don’t believe in violence. Or, some of the rats think that they are really good at gathering cheese, yet never realize, that in the end we all are still stuck in the cage.
