FYI, Galaxy Tab A Desktop View solution:
While viewing IHub on Chrome, open Settings, select Site Settings, at the bottom there is an option called Desktop Site, which was off, defaulting to Mobile View. I changed that to "Request Desktop View"
Now the top menu looks like what I want, like it used to look. I had never changed that option and the old UI didn't require it, but I am soooo glad I found it!!
The new UI is great again
