You're used to scam companies making fake acquisitions at unrealistic speeds that never come to fruition. Real companies making real acquisitions can take a long time. It's not so black and white. Lots involved. I wouldn't give up on them just yet. They plan to make more acquisitions.

They are an umbrella company. Taking random, but cash positive companies is their MO.

The fact they are taking their time tells me they are NOT taking anything they can muster, but very selectively choosing their acquisitions.
