yeah.. we asked for a R/S to make the numbers more manageable so what does this joker do... he gives you the option of converting them to common for a fee and on top of that ends up diluting the common which is why the price is dropping. Yes Sandy is to blame for this! Instead of making this real easy and keeping the prefs as prefs and doing a R/S on the prefs only.. he has to pull this scam!
