I Furthermore feel that Management has a Plan to Counter those Illegal Actions with a 3rd Dividend and OS Reduction/Retirement/BuyBack or Clive/Whitecastle with Pulled Certs.! The 3rd Dividend and OS Reduction by Management is Not Hypothetical, we know that from the Past History of this Company Already!
