SCOTUS-Gov can take it but have to pay under Taking clause

SCOTUS said in the Collins case that Gov can take your property but did not make any ruling for payment because Collins was not a taking case. SCOTUS has mentioned 10-15 times in the argument of Collins case that this clear cut Takings case. Now, takings case is in front of the SCOTUS. That's why Gov will cave in before ruling on Takings case by June 30th.
