I agree an Audit and OS Reduction/Retirement/Buy-Back/Pulled Certs. will be needed for a Major Exchange Listing Up-Grade, but First things First! Remember, Management PRed "Hitting it out of the BallPark", Not Me! Although I think that 2022 has witnessed more than just One Hit Out of the BallPark! No need to List them again, it's a Completed Ecosystem Ready for Marketing to the World! Let's see what Management has for us! :)
