From what I'm seeing ELMs had about 1 billion in unfulfilled contracts that they could not deliver on. Some for class 3 trucks that Bollinger will be producing beginning next month. As the filings read the RS will only be used as a preventative measure and we are months away from that. David had full control to to vote the RS in and then delayed Which I find curious. The vote to the increase in AS is inconsequential at this point and would have easily passed on a big News event driving this above a dollar. Which is why I believe we have a PR coming to drive us into Dollar land
