A publicly traded company that files with the SEC should issue credible reports that attest to the value of their properties. A site visit is always good but if the reports they issue don't stand up to scrutiny, how are they ever going to attract more savvy investors? Too late now.

Your "1st person research" without taking the crappy drill results into account didn't work out, did it?

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
