More fiction -- Amarex is not a publicly held company so is not part of SEC jurisdiction. Hasn't been identified as part of any of the CYDY investigations.

Amarex and CYDY are in arbitration as to how much of the $13 million Amarex has billed CYDY that CYDY will have to pay. They already put up $6.5 million bond as collateral for the debt.

SEC and DOJ are not involved in the Amarex civil suit or arbitration. They have plenty to work on for the CoV, mTNBC and CYDY's "investor relations" vendors as outlined by CYDY in their SEC filings.
