Did Robic leave the Applicant as BIOAMBER INC. because:
1. This isn't part of the tangible items sold as reported by PwC?
2. Because with the sale of substantiality all the assets; it constituted a change of control in Bioamber Inc.?
3. LCY is dumb as rocks and can't figure out how to file a power of attorney?
4. Or Nancy Barriault is a clueless patent attorney?
It's clearly important. Robic wants immediate communication if the CIPO deems it abandoned and gave the CIPO the go ahead to charge whatever it takes. Bioamber's adipic acid = nylon 6,6 = the future.
Anybody know a patent attorney LOL!!!
