There is something wrong here.This stock is dropping like a rock.I bought in about 6 months go at over .50 cents per share because I believed in all there PRS.I sold alot of shares at .25 and took a 50% loss.I am still holding 10,000 shares which I might sell before the end of the year for tax write off.I am 73 and been playing the market for decades,so I am experience with the penny stocks.
What I look for is the Prs and news.BUT I also look for is inside buying by company directors and stock buy backs by the company,WHICH THERE HAS BEEN NONE WITH THIS COMPANY,jUST PRS WHICH NOW I THINK ARE BS..
# 1 IF THERE PRS ARE TRUE,WHY NO INSIDE BUYING OF THERE STOCK?
#2 IF THERE PRS ARE TRUE,WHY ISNT THE COMPANY BUYING SHARES BACK AT THESE LOW STOCK PRICES? >18 CENTS
# 3 Too meet Nasdaq rules to meet the minium .$1.00 per share price,they just might do a reverse split,which would kill current stock holders
Always watch the SEC fILINGS OF FORM 4 to see if there directors are buying or selling shares.Shame on me,for not doing better DD on this company.Maybe buy in under .10 cents
