You can absolutely count on more dilution post-RS regardless of their debt position. That's exactly why they kept 40B A/S. Management however, will be unfazed by this RS with all their preferred shares. Anybody that thinks this RS will work out in the common shareholder's favored are complete RS noobs.
Shares converting at .0037 for their offering is already a guarantee.
