For what its worth, and in my honest and most adamant opinion..

This is absolutely hands down... the most erroneous surmise I have ever heard regarding the meaning and purpose of the breach of fiduciary duty lawsuit against Calasse.

This, after the fact, lawsuit, could actually backfire on GS’s team as an outdated form of a way of harassment.in the Courts eye and judgement on the original case

... WOW... ...why would you (how could you??) make a statement that is so fundamentally and functionally wrong ??

Of course, IMO, GS lawyers had doubts about the appeal outcome, hence the follow up lawsuit to tarnish Calasse

Tarnish Calasse??...No one has to "Tarnish Calasse", he does a fine job of it all by himself.
Sharp is simply pointing it out - giving Calasse whats coming to him by virtue of his own conduct.
