$SING The lawsuit is over per filing in court yesterday. I will try to find out the settlement terms.

“Pursuant to the settlement reached, SinglePoint, Inc., SinglePoint Direct Solar, LLC, Corey Lambrecht, Greg Lambrecht and Wil Ralston (“SinglePoint Parties”) and Pablo Diaz Curiel, Kjelsey Johnson, Brian Odle, Elijah Chaffino, Christina Berume, Jessica Hernandez, JAGUSA Holdings, LLC, Direct Solar, LLC, AI Live Transfers, LLC and Dan Shikiar (“Diaz Parties”) stipulate for dismissal with prejudice of their respective claims against each other. This includes all of SinglePoint, Inc. and SinglePoint Direct Solar, LLC’s claims against the Diaz Parties and the Diaz Parties’ Counterclaims against
SinglePoint, Inc. and SinglePoint Direct Solar, LLC. It further includes the derivative claims filed by Mr. Diaz on behalf of SinglePoint Direct Solar, LLC. The parties further request that the dismissed defendants and Counterdefendants be removed from the caption. The SinglePoint Parties’ claims against Solar Integrated Roofing Corporation and USA Solar Network, LLC remain at issue.”
