Too many shares, almost all tech company’s are tanking their stocks for a RS because the idea and action that theft from shareholders is legal and permissible has strength in numbers, same as the U.S. has seen in recent years during the city riots, that equivalent travesty is happening in small cap tech right now imo, as the FED raises rates many companies are using that monthly financial gut punch as an excuse to improve outstanding share structure to below 50 million total shares, via RS theft and subsequent share registrations, the collective theft is destroying the small cap investor base and it remains to be seen if billionaires can fill the void long enough to prevent a lull in investing that was revitalized by the meme stock trend in 2021. Companies get the economy they deserve and they expect investors will always be there in the future no matter how widespread their collective theft is now, and that is a market mistake that only billionaires can correct with increased investments in small cap tech, unfortunately many billionaires think short term bonds are the safe play instead and that passivity will further destroy their technological progress which billionaires rely on to maintain their global playground, lots of long term business mistakes occurring right now. If billionaires don’t invest in small cap tech now they face a global financial meltdown in 2023 and the gains they are achieving in short term bonds will be worthless in the long term, they need to have a globalist conference call about that, all imo.
