I am new to TGLO and have a question for those who have read more. I am trying to understand how this reverse merger might go.
I am worried about Delfin owning the debt given that TGLO cannot pay or even service the debt.
Is there anything stopping Delfin from calling the debt in order to force a debt to equity conversion and wipe out existing shares prior to reverse merging?
Certainly share count would grow by 20 or 100x but that can be rectified with share consolidation.
