Even if we'd calculate with 30M O/S (3x higher than today's O/S) this should be quoted at ~$13/share to get a fair value imo.

Common shares presently outstanding as of 22th Dec 2022: (Only) 10,294,906

FreeFloat: ~2.8M common shares

$TOPS book value (net equity) at ~$19/share right now >>> add a fair multiple of this year's (net!) profits for a fair valuation.

This ticker should go ballistic as soon PPS turning up again as I see it. *NFA
