Dear FuelPositive Stakeholders.

2022 has been a remarkable year of growth and development for the company.

We started the year with a handful of employees and advisors and ended the year with over 30 people working diligently
to deliver on our business plan, mission and values! Some key highlights of 2022 worth mentioning again:

• We are weeks away from completing our first system for farm deployment, despite extraordinary supply chain issues that have affected our suppliers and us throughout the year.
• Independent certification of our green hydrogen system, which exceeded specifications in every aspect.
• Completion and publishing of our non-provisional patent that protects the core intellectual property of our systems.
• Completion of our first manufacturing / R&D facility in Waterloo Ontario.
• Completion of our corporate headquarter and sales offices in Waterloo Ontario.
• Global participation in conferences and events that have helped inform, shape and refine the direction of the company.
• Provincial and federal support of both our business model and core technology as it relates to Canadian farmers and the need to reduce agricultural emissions and build food security.
• Extensive global media coverage for the team and the mission.
• Canadian and international sale inquiries interest and commitment.
• And finally, stability in the public markets throughout an incredibly tumultuous year!
