Already are -- stock is the bet and it's already taken a major hit. First, the damage is already done -- company is now known as a fraud -- nobody will loan them money, nobody will do a deal with them. This is now a well-documented fraudulent company. Just read the DOJ indictment and the SEC legal filing. Nobody will believe any of the clinical trial data.

SEC and DOJ have other areas they are investigating including CoV, mTNBC data and CYDY's use of "investor relations" stock pumpers -- including several that have been already prohibited from stock pumping by the SEC. And CYDY allowed these stock fraud and insider trading to happen -- that puts them in the crosshairs. The COB is desperately trying to appease them, but this evidence is pretty damning. Certainly not a good situation for shareholders as you have seen from the NP indictment.
