maybe vcsy doesn't trade gain cuz they change the name, it goes private with the holders of decertified shares, does a spin sell of ploinks?
microfocus now owned by hp......if vcsy litigation with micro focus not done, hp now holds the debt? if hp is part of the 'group' which invests in or acquires vcsy, the debt could be rolled into hp's part...hp more than a little interested having been savaged by autonomy which bought interwoven..wags.
