There is a Note that CH and MD hold on the Balance Sheet (expiry 12/31/22) that they have the Decision to convert to Commons at $.02.... As far as PPS Goes, This depends on what has been under the hood the past 5 years. If only Eventzee (which is Doubtful) Than PPS shouldn't move much...

However if any of the Rumors are true (ie a Disney/Paramount Venture) Who knows!?! PPS is currently depressed in our opinion and will be looking for long term possibilities of NASDAQ Entry...

CH and MD own almost all of the Unrestricted Commons today... This is heavily held by insiders.... Annnnnd Most of the Insiders are getting up in years..... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! We bet with them in the long term....
