AATC might be worth a look. Was trading around $4.75 yesterday when they announced they were delisting to save money. As expected, the stock sold off sharply. I think it's attractive around $4 and picked up a few shares. Normally I wouldn't bother, but AATC has some positives that make it more interesting than most.

First, they posted a nice quarter last month after several weak ones. Q3 earnings bounced back to .12/share.

Then after earnings, this director went on a buying spree. Buying a ton of AATC at prices closer to $5. Spending hundreds of thousands of dollars. Have to think business is pretty good. I'm guessing he will be buying more down here.

They will continue filing quarterly financial info, etc according to the PR yesterday. So it's not like they're going completely dark-

"However, the Company intends to continue to provide shareholders with audited annual financial statements and certain quarterly financial information by making such information publicly available in press releases and on its website. Additionally, the Company intends to provide additional material information regarding its business and operations by way of press releases and postings on its website, to hold annual shareholder meetings as required by law, and to otherwise exercise good corporate governance."

Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, in the press release yesterday the company announced they're increasing their quarterly dividend. As a result of profits returning to normal and expected cost savings. Dividend yield a whopping 13%+! Seems like a decent place to park a few bucks. Although might get cheaper in this red market, especially with another week of tax loss selling.

From the PR yest-

Frank G. Hallowell, interim Chief Executive Officer of Autoscope Technologies Corporation, commented, “As the Company’s supply chain constraints have passed, the business’s profitability has returned to its normal levels. Due to these factors, along with the expected reduction of administrative and other expenses due to the delisting and deregistration, the Board has determined that it will increase the Company’s quarterly dividend amount going forward from $0.12 to $0.13 per share.”
