Major, you are absolutely correct. Even pinksheets.com lists Authorized @ 152M & Issued 150.1+M as of 07/05/06 per Deleware. Fgfc Pr'd it and also pr'd the issue of another 30M shares. It was at that time I questioned the legality of the issue, but of course I was a basher. FGFC lied and committed fraud.
