I like the idea of Johnny using psychology with his workforce to maintain members with attractive attributes. With these I can help Johnny with exactly whom to hire.

What we are looking for is the older folk that come in and say they have money of plenty but want to work to fill some time while rejecting the older applicants that say they need money.

The rationale is that these that need the money may be more of a risk of suing Johnny their employer while 95% of the ones that say they don't need money are really liars and will remain faithful to the company because of both their scarcity and ego that will never let them be seen as having no money like Johnny do. Johnny will be able to get these folks to do as he wishes and put their bonuses in the Viva fund instead of to them. All it takes is to buy them one holiday ham via gift certificate once a year and offer them $5 monthly billing credit for vivalivetv so that even though they still don't buy it, Johnny can remind them every week of the company benefit.
