Just filled my bid after-hours at $0.1002. I subsequently saw the next bid of $0.10 come to the front with over 438K bid volume, which I was glad to see. Still, though, half of the shares being sold at this price are short.

Ten percent of our Outstanding Shares are not included in the float. They may be restricted Cede shares held in nominee accounts by company insiders. If these shares are part of a stock play strategy, I would think this could be a good time to execute it. Shorts are not relenting. We have to create a vacuum of loanable shares.
