Looks like we might finally get rewarded here for our patience and due diligence.

While I was hopeful something major might happen under the current SAPX holdings with the movies and media - the excitement of a merger /acquisition with new ownership and management has always turned out very very nicely for investors who realize EARLY what’s potentially going on.

I suspect we start to see significant inflows over next few sessions and a major breakout next week if we hear via 8K Or new ownership - a deal is in play.

Here is what happened in 2022. The new ownership reduced the share structure by 70% and eliminated most of the debt. They got this company fully current and complying with SEC And OTC and that was clear evidence money was being spent to make this a viable investment.

Now enter 2023- and the potential of new ownership taking over this company and bringing in a new viable business. I will try my best to send emails and make phone calls but I would suspect tight lips until we at least hear from new owners or 8K.

IMO- Exciting way to end 2022. The perfect storm may be upon us. When fundamentals and technicals meet. This stock is grossly oversold. When a stock has a chance to matriculate to its correct value with strong fundamentals (like a change in ownership or merger) we could see a major pps increase. We shall see next sometime end of week or I imagine -next week, as this continues to play out.
