They_still hold_shares. They_only gave_up their token_board seat in_Bearing
after our last dilution plus the retirement of the Korean guy in/for Chile (plus the subsequent pissing match over zero/pretend progress onsite being billed (un-audited) to NewCo by the ozzies) that is if memory serves me right. I can't recall all the boring/niggling/sordid details just now without digging back through my written meeting notes which I am not in the mood to do.

It will however be very telling to see if those new LPI shares (ie converted Bearing shares) go to Posco Holdings or to Posco Lithium Solutions. If the new LPI shares go to Posco Holdings then PLS will be regrettably more focused on Argentina. If the new LPI shares go to PLS then PLS will indeed have firm new potentially juicy "business interests" in Chile which could ultimately prove enticing/profitable for us in the "long-run" I would speculate.

I would venture to say now that PLS will be eligible for Joe Biden's US$7,500 tax credit on new EV purchases inside the USA.
