R/S is the only option that I can see with so many shares outstanding. No serious investor who could be of help would step in. These type company usually in up in the hands of the loan sharks just like she has been doing. Her saying no R/S carries about as much weight as a child telling their parents I didn't eat the candy bar that was on the table. Besides, she is going to have to have a capital raise at some point IMO. Can you tell me of another company she has been involved in where there was a legit increase in pps. Those companies that I know of she has had involvement in are as horrific as HIRU. Maybe I overlooked one
