iGen Networks Corp (IGEN)

We do not want Mr. Avila to leave Prolog (his current employer). Recall from the PR that he was one of the founders of Prolog (meaning he helped form and establish the company. He has been there for 31 years. He has been the CTO of Prolog for 14 years. He is now CTO of IGEN and thank goodness still CTO of Prolog. He hasn't bothered to update his LinkedIn to reflect IGEN and why bother. No one is going to think that is a 'better' position. His main concern is with the company he helped found and has been part of for 31 years.

The ONLY reason he is CTO of IGEN is because he sees IGEN as a way to grow Prolog business and success by expanding into the U.S market. Remember IGEN has no resources while Prolog is a successful company. Our best hope for not losing all of our money is that Prolog can use their reputation and connections from which we will make a little money as a payoff for giving them access to U.S markets.
