Speculation is what drives the markets. Fools also drive the market, that's why doing your own DD and trusting no one else is the way to make bank here. I'd love to see how some of the "experts" would sell their own home-"Well, we got most of the mold out, and the fire wasn't that bad, and the roofer said he thinks he got that leak finally fixed this time. Oh, and we're pretty sure we got the termites before they ate too much of the structural beams. That pretty much covers it, except for the dam neighbors who like to keep their house in order, always trying to make us look bad"...................
