What have we learned in last 2 days. There will be dilution or conversion to 9 billion plus shares, do we all agree ? If this closes UNQL might end up on Nasdaq, but at what cost to your investment with new 8 plus billion shares converted. The insiders lose nothing and share holders are duluted with hopes that it may live to rise again on Nasdaq. With the canceling of other deal, it appears someone is selling their previous converted shares, do we agree? Funny how so many people have disappeared. I believe when Spac money sees the next quarter earnings game over for them, but ray may have gotten what he wanted Nasdaq at no cost to him and insiders but at the cost to current shareholder and he can do it all over with new shareholders.
