Would this rulling make the prior FHFA changes ex post facto though? Especially after we have numerous court rulings blessing the FHFA's actions.

I imagine we would need legal teams to bring new cases and start from scratch. So we'd likely be looking at another 3-5 years of courts and likely more fumbled rulings. Also, statute of limitations may come into play as well.
