I wonder if it has to do with what OS you are running, the browser that you are using and the age of your computer.
This from the workhorse laptop running Win 11 and using Chrome for a browser.
My experience is some sites don't support certain browsers. It took a while for my bank to support the billpayer function while I was using Chrome so I had to use Edge to log in and pay bills. They finally fixed it but they weren't in a rush.
