I don't think the charges really represented "news" to some of the CYDY shareholders. We've talked before about the possibility that Nader was dictating Amarex's trial conduct.

The nearest-term initiation of a NASDAQ delisting for HGEN may be if our bid falls to less than $0.10 for 10 consecutive days. I've got a small bid in now a little over $0.10 for the rest of the day. I'll re-enter a bid near this level depending on what the share price does in the days ahead.
