This scam is so incredibly obvious to anybody that does the slightest bit of research or due diligence. Unfortunately, no matter how obvious it is, people continue to be scammed by Stuart.
Whiile I do not know the details of the transaction and from what I understand (and I am not an attorney), Douglas Schiller lent Stuart $28,442.31 and is now suing Stuart for the money since none of it has been repaid.
