Two new hosps to "receive" a Gen 3 by end of year. What does receive mean? For evaluation?

Why isnt the wording "leased"?

So a tweet yesterday followed by a PR today about an alleged transaction that might bring an additional $50-60k in revs annually? LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
