WHY would $INND and Mattyboy think it makes sense to sell yet another company's product?

Are the Hearing Assist products inferior? What about iHear?
I thought that $INND sells itself on being a manufacturer of hear aids, even though we all know they are Chinese rebrands
Mattyboy spends all this money and dilution to buy Hearing assist and now his great idea is to introduce and rep a competing product to our own, in the very sales channels the company has almost bankrupted itself trying to develop?
Are customers not going to wonder? What happens when they see them in store <thanks to us> and then order them online directly from Nuheara?

Where are the audits?
Where is the new hot shot cfo?
Where is the evidence of payments from walmart on the purchase orders from last summer?
Why the dilution if the company is supposedly making all this money?
Is the company still surviving on gutter notes?
