Who ever got those 40k probably painted with that last ask slap.

This has tons of time. Set those BIDs deep
The larger you can place an order is like a bigger piece of bait.
A 380k BID @ .015 might be too tempting for an old legacy bag holder not to take the exit

There is 130k at .04 up for sale.
Give it time, those shares will bail closer to end of the year.
