Full Disclosure: I have signed a non-disclosure agreement with this company as part of my research, therefore I can only say what is publicly known.
They went public this year and own a factory in Ft Lauderdale and produce US made electric bicycles, from what I can gather the profit margin is about 30% and the company has no debt.
They are looking to expand into other forms of electric transport and have LOI’s with more than one company. They do not want to announce LOI’s until the deal is complete and they have not addressed the market since they went public.
In my opinion this company is not far from up listing and also in my opinion this is a solid $10.00 stock and would be easy to invite professional money to the table.
