Sounds illegal. And a real farfetched explanation to explain what is going on.

If you could buy a share at $0.0004, and immediately sell at $0.04, wouldn't you jump at it? Of course you would! Over and over, as fast as you could. Instant 100-bagger.

Clearly, "Clive" has sold every share he's obtained through debt conversion.
