I'm not surprised there was selling after an additional delay... People were buying in anticipation of filings being imminent and pink current soon after. The tweet today pushed that back at least 3 weeks, maybe more (we will see when they actually file).

I don't understand why they would delay, presumably they have financials prepared already, so just file that and then update with 2022 when it's available in January.

If someone can't tell that a shell is a shell, can you trust anything else that they say?
