Do you actually believe that closing your account would have anything to do with a share purchase? It’s been said that LCY owns and controls the shares.
So do you believe that LCY bought the shares during the liquidation in a secret deal but didn’t send out a tender offer to former BioAmber shareholders and never told the judges or the monitor when it happened and how much it was for? Do you believe that a price was paid and LCY will get money back if accounts are closed? Come on man nobody can actually believe that right?
That’s as bad as BIOAQ shareholders being paid from the KAHC spac lol
