Well welcome to the “BagHolder” club. In the OTC you buy a few of these turds and eventually..hopefully…you buy the right lotto ticket! PACV is paying debt on your dollar…sucks for sure!?. I mean when you really look at what your investing your $$ into…the OTC is truly the bottom of the barrel. Add in the fact that the economy is in a massive dive off the cliff situation. Money will be made by the “PLEEBS” (you and I) if and only if the powers to be..decide this is the ticker to let loose. GL big smile
