SMOKING GUN! It seems that, contrary to the false claims he made, IBCX's Mr. Hayter was running the show at FGFC. In September 2006, FGFC issued a PR claiming that Hayter's only involvement with FGFC was that he sold the stock to the company.

They forgot to mention that Hayter also:

1. Changed the name of the company to FGFC;

2. Changed share structed to 500MM, then to 152MM;

3. Signed the documents authorizing preferred shares;

4. Filed the documents reinstating the company;
