If you believe the company's own disclosure filings, yes. They show shares acquired by "Clive" at 0.0004. And he is not shown as a >5% owner. So, he had to have sold (i.e. dumped).

And you are right, it wasn't 2 billion. It only adds up to 1.325 billion through September. It is probably up to 1.5 billion by now. Close enough.

Or are you saying the company disclosures are false?
